Kaitlin Windingland

Kaitlin Windingland, PT, DPT

Kaitlin received her BFA in dance studies from Long Island University in 2015 with honors. As a dancer, she experienced multiple injuries and gained a new passion for the rehabilitation process that led her to redirect her career path to physical therapy. She acquired her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from The George Washington University in May of 2024.

During her clinical rotations she gained experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic and sport-related injuries, as well as outpatient neurological conditions. She is a certified Pelvic Health Level 1 therapist through the APTA.

During her own rehabilitation, she fell in love with the benefits Pilates provided her. She began her certification to teach in 2019, and is now working towards her BASI graduate certification. She continues to use the exercises and ideologies behind Pilates to provide patients with targeted care.

In her downtime, she enjoys being outside biking, hiking, and kayaking. She also loves reading, dancing, practicing yoga and teaching Pilates.
